Stéphane joined COGELEC in January 2018. He is also in charge of Human Resources for the Group.
He spent many years at Deloitte as an SI auditor, SI consultant, internal audit consultant, internal controller and in risk management for industrial groups and services.
He then moved to KPMG to develop their internal audit, internal control and risk management activities, while taking charge of accounting expertise and statutory auditing functions.
In 2009, he joined SERIS Group, a European player in private security and safety, as Advisor to Guy TEMPEREAU, CEO / main dhareholder, and as Director of Financial Operations and Group Acquisitions. SERIS Group then employed more than 10,000 employees with revenues over € 325 million, up 65% since 2009.
In 2012, he joined the family-run group PROJEVIA (owned by the LACHAZE Fammily), one of the three French leaders in printing, binding, sorting and mailing, marketing logistics and paper and digital communications, as CFO/IT Director/Legal Counsel.
In 2015, he became CFO/IT Director/Legal Counsel of the BRIAND Group, a key player in the construction sector (1 000 employees ; 230 M€ of Consolidated Revenue ; quotation « 3+ » at the Bank of France).
Stéphane Vapillon also has extensive experience in acquisitions (over 20 audited, acquired and consolidated companies).
Stéphane Vapillon holds a degree in audit finance from the ESSCA, a Master's level diploma in accountancy, a Specialised Master in information system from the ESSEC/TELECOM PARIS, the CIA, the CISA, and completed the KPMG Executive Programme at the ESCP EAP.
