A graduate of the Ecole des Mines de Nantes (now IMT Atlantique) and having obtained a DEA (Master 2) in automatics & real time systems, she was then hired by the PSA Peugeot Citroën Group, progressing from R&D engineer to embedded electronics project manager.
In 2002, she supplemented her training with an MBA (IAE Paris) and joined the Strategy Division of the PSA Peugeot Citroën Group, first in charge of coordinating operations in China, then as head of Sustainable Development.
In 2008, tempted by the idea of being her own boss, she created Vertuel, a CSR consultancy firm. She provided support to all types of companies (SMEs/ETIs), ranging from strategy to the implementation of corporate commitment initiatives, with a view to creating shared value for both the consultancy and the company.
In 2016, she obtained the Audencia Executive/IFA/NAPF Director's Certificate.
