Eric NICOLE

Eric Nicole manages COGELEC's design office and industrial division. Its mission is to improve product and project development processes, develop innovation and optimize industrialization and production processes. He began his career as a thermodynamic engineer at SEMT Pielstick and SAGEM Automotive before gradually taking on management positions in the project management and research and development environment at SAGEM. He successively joined Johnson Controls during the integration of Sagem Automotive, then ETAS France (a subsidiary of Bosch) as project and innovation team manager. In 2007, he became R&D Director of VALEO's Engine and Electrical Systems division for Europe, South America, the Middle East and Asia. He was then appointed Commercial Vehicle Emissions R&D Vice President for FAURECIA in the United States and then in Europe with the implementation of a strategic technical and commercial partnership, the creation of development teams covering all continents, the development of new product ranges and the use of 4.0 manufacturing processes. Eric Nicole holds an engineering degree from Arts et Métiers and a postgraduate degree in energy conversion from the Pierre and Marie Curie University (Paris VI).
