Brigitte Geny has an extensive experience in auditing, having worked for Arthur Andersen and then EY as a Partner for over 25 years. She has worked as auditor and consultant in a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, industry, services, retail and hospitality, for SMEs and listed companies, as well as for the French subsidiaries of international groups. In 2018, she joined Synlab France, a medical biology group under LBO, as Deputy General Manager Finance, Legal, Compliance and M&A with a roadmap to structure France with a view to the Group's IPO. In this capacity, she was a member of eight strategic committees of SYNLAB Group entities. Brigitte Geny is graduated of ESCP, a chartered accountant and statutory auditor, she also obtained the IFA-Sciences Po certificate for company board directors in 2018. She is involved in volunteer work within the DFCG, as an independent director and VP of the Ile-de-France office, and in operational consulting to companies through her company Financielle Performance.
