Dominique Druon has 20 years' experience in group general management, gained in France, the UK, the USA and the Middle East with Altran, a listed group. In 2012, she founded Aliath, a consulting and training firm in governance and director recruitment. From 2013 to 2019, she was an independent director, Chairwoman of the Nominating/Compensation Committee and member of the Strategy Committee of the listed APRIL Group, and an independent director of the SCHUMACHER family group from 2016 to 2019. From 2015 to 2020, she was an independent director and member of the Audit Committee and Nomination/Compensation Committee of the listed group LE BELIER. From 2019 to 2022, she was an independent member of the Supervisory Board of the CLAYENS industrial group. Since September 2021, she has been a member of the strategy committee of the PROVA family group, and an independent director of the scale-up Entech Smart Energies, following its IPO. She has also been Chairman of Constella Conseil (holding company) since 2022. Dominique is also an expert speaker on corporate governance at INSEAD, IFA-HEC, ESSEC, EM Lyon, Dauphine and IFA-Audencia. She is a graduate engineer from UTC and a certified administrator from ESSEC, a business angel with the Finance & Technology club, and a member of IFA (Institut Français des Administrateurs), APIA (Administrateurs Professionnels Indépendants Associés), CDA (Cercle des Administrateurs), WCD (Women Corporate Directors), VoxFemina and the Gouvernance & Equilibre circle.
