Anne FONTENEAU
Director of Human Resources
Anne Fonteneau obtained a professional degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Le Mans. She began her career in 2006 as a Human Resources Manager in a cleaning company in Nantes. She acquired solid experience in the field of social law, payroll and in the diversity of human relations.
In 2016, she joined COGELEC to set up the Human Resources function and organise the growth of the group's workforce.
She contributes to the company's development through recruitment, skills development, training and administrative management of personnel.
She is currently in charge of the HR team (4 people) and covers the activities for all the COGELEC Group sites in France and Europe.
