Véronique Pochet joined the Cogelec Management team on 2 May 2019 as CFO. After graduating with a master's degree in Management Sciences from the University of Paris Dauphine, followed by a post-graduate degree in Accounting and Financial Studies, she began her career at KPMG Audit in Paris, where she worked for five years as an auditor in the banking and industrial sector.
Véronique Pochet then became financial manager for a Nantes company belonging to the Thales group, specialising in GPS manufacture. In 2001, she took over the financial management of Kelvion Thermal Solutions, based in Nantes. The company specialises in the design, manufacture and sale of heat exchangers designed mainly for the petrol and gas market. The Kelvion company, which makes 90 million euros of consolidated turnover, is part of a German group owned by Triton, a Scandinavian investment fund. As part of this group, Véronique helped develop the company both in France and internationally. She has managed many transversal projects, such as optimising the working capital requirement, implementing an ERP system, improving management auditing in the project environment, implementing CRM systems, and creating subsidiaries in China and Qatar.
At Cogelec, Véronique Pochet is responsible for ensuring the group's financial information is reliable by deploying management auditing, continuously improving accounting processes, and internalising the finance department in subsidiaries abroad. She is a financial business partner and as such supports the company's strong development.
